For the past three months, we have been running a fundraising campaign in support of the Stendal Hospice and its specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV) team. From the outset, it was important to us to be transparent about what this campaign makes possible. Transparency is an integral part of honest business practices for us.
Today we can say that together we have donated 175 euros to the hospice.
What happened in three months
- During this period, around 90 handmade candles were able to move into your home.
- In addition, we were able to implement a customer project that also contributed to the donation.
- Many of you deliberately rounded up your payment to make a donation.
Every single decision contributed to this result. Buying a candle. Working on a project with us. Rounding up a small amount. In the end, all of it made a difference.
Why this action was important to us
The Stendal Hospice and its team of specialized outpatient palliative care providers do invaluable work. People in difficult phases of their lives are accompanied with dignity. Family members receive support. This work deserves respect and support.
We are a small manufacturer. Precisely for that reason, we believe in taking responsibility within our own sphere. We cannot change the world. But we can make our contribution.
